LCJP Helps Honor Juneteenth

There are so many ways to celebrate, learn, and reflect on Juneteenth. We have compiled a list of celebrations, learning resources, and ways in which we can all honor Juneteenth. From parades, music festivals, and podcasts! To help honor this holiday and create space for equal voice, LCJP offices will be closed on Friday, June 18th.

The Executive Committee for African American Cultural Events (ECAACE) in partnership with the NAACP Boulder County Branch is holding a virtual event that will feature appearances from Boulder Mayor Pro Tem, Junie Joseph, along with Boulder High School’s Black Student Alliance, and Children's Book Author Alice Faye Duncan, Juneteenth Flag Service and Performing Arts Presentations!
